Magic Wand Restoration & Cleaning is an award-winning company which has been established for over 25 years, under the same ownership and within the same family throughout the duration of those 25 years. A preferred contractor of home and business owners, insurance companies, loss adjustors and insurance brokers, and what we are most proud of, a family owned and operated Tasmanian business.

We like to build a rapport with our clients and establish long-running relationships, it is this ethos which has enabled us to achieve an unparalleled understanding of our clients’ needs when it comes to cleaning or recovering their property.

Covering the north of Tasmania

Magic Wand Cleaning & Restoration have operational bases in Devonport and Launceston enabling us to cover the north of Tasmania from Strahan on the west coast to Swansea on the east coast and south to Ross.

Our mission at Magic Wand is REPSOND, RECOVER, RELIEF. That is to RESPOND to your premise after its been affected by a fire or loss of water, RECOVER your precious belongings and home and, most importantly, provide RELIEF when you need it most.

Established in 1997, Magic Wand has developed a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ needs. We have completed many hundreds of hours in specialised industry training programs, bringing you the best service we can offer in the areas of water damage mitigation/recovery/restoration, mould remediation, carpet cleaning, odour removal and end-of-lease cleaning.

Our employees are polite and establish good relationships with our clients, to understand their needs and requirements, and give our projects a never-ending passion and dedication to give every client excellence and premium customer service. We are continuously investing in making our processes easier, not just for us but our clients.

We know the importance of selecting a reliable and trusted service provider when it comes to cleaning, recovery or restoration of a property and we empathize with our customer/s’ emotional state of identifying with and understanding their state of being after what can sometimes be a devastating experience.

In fact, we received a scorecard from QBE Insurance for their Service Level Agreement and we have been ranked 1st in the state and 1st nationally.
